"Thinking beyond models, metrics and immediate usefulness."
Sapere Aude.
Economics. Written. Painted. Thought.
ECONOMICS.ATELIER explores economic ideas through writing and art.
Some ideas are written.
Some ideas are painted. It is all about art.
The project combines economic thinking with artistic expression and aims to make complex ideas visible and accessible.
The think tank character means: Ideas are tested. No pressure of immediate usefulness. It is the place for unfinished thoughts, drafts, and art creation.
Here - based on structured curiosity - economics and art can meet without bias.
Mission Economics | Research
Economics, for me, is not only about models detached from reality, but about understanding how societies organise security, opportunity, and dignity.
It is the study of incentives and institutions, but also of power, distribution, and collective imagination.
My work in economics focuses on fundamental questions:
How do we design future-proof systems that brings us to a life worth living?
How can economic structures support autonomy, creativity, and long-term resilience?
Economics, in this sense, is a tool for art, critical reflection, and societal design.

Mission
Art
Art is a way of thinking that begins where language and formal (quantitative) analyses reach their limits.
It allows ambiguity, emotion, and contradiction. It opens spaces detached from purely rational discourses.
For me, art is the opportunity to explore economic structures, social realities, inner tensions, and future possibilities.
Art creates distance and proximity at the same time. The abstract becomes tangible and the familiar strange.
